Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Eligibility

By registering an account with sr699, you represent, warrant, and confirm on a continuing basis that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. sr699 operates a strict minimum age policy. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are accessing the sr699 platform entirely for your own personal, recreational entertainment and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from within, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of sr699 or any of its affiliated technology or payment service providers.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not acting under any form of legal incapacity, guardianship order, or court-imposed restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to obtain independent legal advice and to comply with all applicable local laws before registering or placing any wager on the sr699 platform.

Account Registration

To access real-money products on the sr699 platform, you must complete the registration process in full and provide accurate, current, and truthful information at all times. Specifically:

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) sr699 member account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sr699 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice, void all pending and settled wagers placed from those accounts, and forfeit all account balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, a current Indonesian mobile phone number, and an accurate date of birth at the time of registration. sr699 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

sr699 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to processing any withdrawal request and may conduct additional verification checks at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a current passport, or a valid Indonesian driver's licence (SIM). Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period specified by sr699 will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Maintenance

It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact details — including email address and mobile phone number — current and accurate at all times. sr699 will direct all account communications, verification codes, and security alerts to the registered contact details on file. sr699 accepts no liability for failed communications arising from outdated member contact information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sr699 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service or account.
• Enable two-factor authentication where offered and keep your authenticator application or registered mobile number secure.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when accessing from a shared or public device.
• Notify sr699 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

sr699 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials. All wagers placed and transactions conducted through your account are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified sr699 of a suspected security breach prior to the relevant activity taking place.

Deposits

sr699 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. No fixed maximum deposit limit applies under standard account conditions; however, sr699 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to deposits that exceed thresholds set by internal risk management policy.

5.2 Processing Times

Deposits made via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are credited to your sr699 account balance within minutes of confirmed receipt during standard WIB banking hours. Deposits made via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited instantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.

5.3 Accepted Funds

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name and that has been successfully linked to your sr699 account. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are not permitted and may trigger an account review. sr699 accepts only funds that originate from lawful sources. You warrant that all funds deposited on the platform are free from any connection to criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering.

5.4 Failed or Reversed Deposits

In the event that a deposit transaction is reversed, charged back, or otherwise recalled by the originating bank or payment provider after the corresponding funds have been credited to your sr699 balance and wagered, sr699 reserves the right to debit the outstanding amount from your current balance, suspend your withdrawal rights, and pursue recovery through all available legal channels.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method and the completion of applicable KYC verification requirements.

6.1 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply depending on account tier and verification status. VIP members are eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits. Contact sr699 support for details regarding your specific account limits.

6.2 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes during WIB business hours (09:00–24:00 WIB) for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Requests submitted outside standard hours will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity the following business day. sr699 targets same-session processing for all verified accounts wherever operationally possible.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal is processed.
• A minimum of one real-money wager must have been placed since the Member's last deposit before a withdrawal request will be accepted — this condition is designed to prevent the use of sr699 payment infrastructure as a money transfer facility.
• Any active bonus funds attached to the account must either be forfeited or have their wagering requirements satisfied before the associated real-money balance can be withdrawn.
• sr699 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals that exceed internal risk thresholds or that relate to accounts flagged for enhanced due diligence review.

Bonuses & Promotions

sr699 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, live casino cashback, togel rebates, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are governed by the general provisions set out in this Section 7, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus play can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and expiry period are stated clearly in the individual bonus offer description. Where a bonus offer does not specify a wagering requirement, a default rollover of 10x (ten times the bonus amount) applies.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Each bonus offer is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the offer description explicitly states otherwise.
• Members who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to mandatory responsible gaming restrictions are not eligible to claim bonus offers during any exclusion or restriction period.
• Bets placed at reduced odds, on both sides of a market (arbitrage betting), or in patterns that sr699 determines to be inconsistent with genuine recreational play may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations entirely.
• sr699 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel outstanding bonus credits at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, or fraudulent activity.

7.3 Maximum Bonus Withdrawal

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn as a result of bonus play is capped at 10x the original bonus credit amount. Any winnings in excess of this cap that have been generated from bonus funds will be removed from the account balance upon withdrawal request.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the sr699 platform across all product categories, including sportsbook, live casino, togel, slots, and Bandar Q card games. Product-specific rules are published within each game or market interface and supplement these general provisions.

8.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets — are subject to the sr699 Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are offered on selected fixtures; the applicable handicap and odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are final once a bet is confirmed. sr699 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets affected by data errors, price feed outages, or suspicious betting patterns.

8.2 Togel and Numbers Markets

Togel markets — including Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HKG), Sydney (SDY), and Macau draw results — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the respective lottery operators. sr699 accepts no liability for discrepancies arising from the source operator's correction or revision of published results after initial settlement. Bets are final once confirmed; cancellation of placed togel tickets is not permitted after the relevant draw cutoff time.

8.3 Live Casino

Live casino games operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play are governed by the rules of the respective game variant as communicated by the live dealer at the table. In the event of a technical disconnection during an active live casino round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server log. sr699 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the Member's end that result in a missed betting window or unintended wager outcome.

8.4 Maximum Payout

sr699 applies a maximum single-bet payout cap of Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Rupiah) per settled event across all product categories. Winnings in excess of this cap on a single bet or parlay will be reduced to the maximum payout amount. Members wishing to place wagers that may approach or exceed this threshold are advised to contact sr699 support in advance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sr699 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity — including but not limited to the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, chargeback fraud, or any form of financial deception directed at sr699 or other Members.
• Collusion — coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip dumping in card game rooms, match fixing in sportsbook markets, or coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts.
• Use of automated software — deploying bots, scripts, data scrapers, automated betting tools, or any other software designed to interact with the sr699 platform without human input, including tools designed to circumvent fairness mechanisms in casino games.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of bonus offers, promotional credits, or pricing inefficiencies in a manner that is inconsistent with genuine recreational betting behaviour.
• Money laundering — using the sr699 platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds of unlawful origin. sr699 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
• Underage gambling — knowingly registering or facilitating the registration of an individual under 21 years of age on the sr699 platform.
• Account sharing — permitting any third party to access or operate your sr699 account, whether for the purpose of placing wagers, making financial transactions, or any other purpose.

Responsible Gaming

sr699 is deeply committed to the welfare of all Members. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ever ceases to be enjoyable, or if you feel that you or someone you know may be experiencing a problem with gambling, we strongly encourage you to use the tools and resources available through the sr699 responsible gaming programme, full details of which are published on our Responsible Gaming page.

The following self-management tools are available to all Members directly from the sr699 account dashboard at no cost:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your sr699 account.
• Session Time Alerts — Receive on-screen notifications when you have been logged in for a specified continuous period.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend betting activity for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the sr699 platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated exclusion period and will be actioned within 24 hours of submission.

Intellectual Property

All content on the sr699 platform — including but not limited to the sr699 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, user interface elements, software, game content, data feeds, written text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sr699 or its licensed third-party content providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sr699 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial, recreational purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or create derivative works based on any sr699 content; use the sr699 brand name or logo in any context not expressly authorised in writing by sr699; or sub-licence any sr699 platform access to any third party.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sr699's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Member's use of the platform, or any transaction conducted through the platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sr699 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any nature, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, technical errors, or data transmission failures beyond sr699's reasonable control, including internet service provider outages and force majeure events.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data, live odds, togel draw results, or any other third-party information displayed on the platform.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from a Member's non-compliance with applicable local laws governing online gambling.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude sr699's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Amendments to These Terms

sr699 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects Member rights or obligations, sr699 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via the registered email address on file and/or via a prominent notice displayed within the sr699 member dashboard.

Your continued use of the sr699 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any proposed amendment, you must cease using the platform and request the closure of your account before the amendment's stated effective date. Any outstanding balance at the time of voluntary account closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with Section 6.

The date at which the current version of these Terms & Conditions was last reviewed and updated is displayed at the top of this document. Members are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of the latest provisions.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sr699 holds its international operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between sr699 and a Member, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably in the first instance by contacting sr699 customer support via the channels set out in Section 15. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution selected by sr699.

Members in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Indonesia is subject to ongoing legislative development. sr699 operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling under Indonesian national law as applied to individual users. Each Member is solely responsible for obtaining independent legal advice on their personal compliance obligations.
